Cancellation Policies NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE
If it becomes necessary to cancel your reservation, the following cancellation policies will apply:
All one day tours not requiring meals or tickets: Atlantic City, Seneca, Wheeling, Meadows, etc.
14 days or more prior to departure - Full Refund
14 days or less prior to departure - NO REFUND
No shows will not be refunded regardless of the circumstances.
Reservations for Wheeling, Meadows and Rivers tours are based on the honor system. If it becomes apparent that our cancellation policy is being abused, you will be required to come into the office with full payment to make a reservation.
All one day tours requiring meals or tickets (this includes shows, dinners, and admissions of any kind):
45 days or more prior to departure – $40 service fee plus any non-refundable items including tickets, meals, etc. will be retained
44 or less days prior to departure – ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND
Multiple day tours:
60 days or more prior to departure – Full Refund less any non-refundable items (this includes shows, dinners, and admissions of any kind) plus a $50 service fee
45 days or less prior to departure- ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND
Non-refundable items are defined as pre-purchased tickets, meals, admissions, rooms, commissions paid to travel agencies, etc.
We now require you to mail in your payment or deposit within 7 days of your reservation to hold your seat on all tours. If we do not receive your payment your reservation will be canceled and we will re-sell your seat without notice.
Checks are NOT ACCEPTED on the motorcoach.
Keep in mind, many of our tours sell out.
